Honey and Kaolin Clay Mask – If you’re looking for a moisturizing and soothing mask, then this one is for you! Honey is a natural humectant, meaning that when applied to the skin, it has the ability to take moisture from the air and lock it into your skin. That’s what makes it such a great moisturizer! Not to mention, it’s full of beneficial enzymes and antioxidants so it’s great for clients with sensitive, dry, or mature skin. This honey mask will not only restore hydration but it also restores balance to your skin by drawing out toxins with Kaolin Clay. Kaolin is a gentle cleanser and it’s perfect for treating redness, softening the skin and brightening the complexion. We all know the old saying, “you catch more bees with honey,” well – catch more clients with this honey mask! Join our list and be the first to know once the Honey and Kaolin Clay Mask is ready for shipment.

Purifying Mineral Mask – This mask will bid acneic and troubled skin adieu! This potent yet calming treatment mask uses all-natural ingredients and is great for anyone with troubled and acne prone skin. It brings the purifying and deep cleansing effects of Moroccan lava clay and activated charcoal with the soothing and anti-inflammatory benefits of willow bark extract and CBD Oil together all in one mask. This mask draws out impurities and excess oils without over-drying while it soothes irritated and inflamed skin, all while leaving your face feeling fresh, clean and moisturized! Be the first one in the market to use this innovative CBD Oil face mask by joining our pre-order list. You’ll be the first to know as soon as it comes available on market.

Cool Cucumber Aloe Mask – For those with sensitive skin who want to reap the benefits of anti-aging products, this mask is for you! Cucumber is great for aging skin because it soothes, hydrates, and heals dry skin. And when you add aloe vera into the mix, you’ve got a gentle yet potent recipe. Aloe vera is full of antioxidants and helps reverse the aging process like no other natural ingredient. As we age, one of our first concerns is the appearance of fine lines and the loss of elasticity in the skin. The combination of these two ingredients can help improve the skin’s natural firmness and keep skin hydrated. You can expect refreshing, soothing, and tightening benefits as the mask calms and cools your skin. Your clients with sensitive aging skin will be elated to try our Cool Cucumber Aloe Mask!

Post-treatment masks following laser or chemical peels – One thing that’s consistent with post-procedure laser treatments and chemical peels is that the skin needs to be kept moisturized and hydrated. That’s where our post-treatment masks come in! These masks will help restore hydration while they soothe irritation, reduce redness and restore a youthful glow to the new skin that is revealed post-treatment. Make sure your clients are maximizing their treatment results with the best post-care topical available.

They are formulated to reduce discomfort associated with muscle and joint inflammation and significantly improve dry skin. November – National Healthy Skin Month

November is National Healthy Skin Month! And what better time to remind us all that effective skin care doesn’t have to be difficult.  The American Academy of Dermatology designated November as healthy skin month to raise awareness and discuss the importance of keeping skin fresh, healthy and hydrated all year-round. We would like to take this opportunity to bring up these simple tips that we should be doing every day, on top of using proper skin care products, to reduce the signs of aging, prevent skin damage and protect one of the most vital organs of the body:

Moisturize – Skin needs to stay hydrated in order to stay healthy and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Applying a non-comedogenic (non-pore clogging) moisturizer to the face and body in the morning and every night before bed is a simple way to help your clients look and feel their best.

Protect your skin – Sunscreen should be a part of everyone’s daily skin care regimen, and not just applied during the summer months. While the sun’s rays are more powerful in the summer, they can still be just as damaging even in the cool, cloudy winter conditions (and for those of us living in southern climates it’s always sunny!). Exposure to UVA accelerates collagen breakdown in the skin causing signs of premature aging. Check out our blog on why SPF is an essential step in every daily beauty routine: Protect your skin year-round with a daily SPF beauty routine.

Eat a Healthy Diet – The food you eat is just as influential to your skin’s health as what you apply externally. Eating a diet that is rich in B Vitamins, whole grains and Omega 3’s is essential to maintaining your skins glow. Try and incorporate plenty of fruit, vegetables and lean proteins into your diet. Cutting unhealthy fat, grease and oils from the diet can be beneficially for those with acne-prone or problem skin.

Drink Water – In order to keep your skin healthy and happy, it’s important to stay fully hydrated day in and day out. Hydrated skin has higher elasticity than dry skin, which makes it feel soft and supple with a youthful appearance. Dehydration can exacerbate the appearance of premature aging.

Don’t forget your lips – Lips need just as much protection and moisture as the rest of the skin, especially since they get quite a bit of exposure to the sun and potentially dehydrating chemicals and dyes in lipstick. Be sure to carry lip balm with SPF with you and apply generously in the dry winter months!

These are just a few simple tips to remind us all of what we can do on a regular basis, combined with a product regimen that’s formulated for your skin type, to achieve happy, healthy, glowing skin.
